Did The Vault WOD Super Early With No Music
The vault WOD was not one I wanted to do. I did it super early this morning in the garage before the sun even rose with no music.
Hi, I am Carl. Welcome to my personal website. It has been my little place on the web for over half of my life now. It has gone through changes, and the domain name has changed, but the old stuff is still intact for the most part. I am actually on my third domain now. A better term would be that it has evolved over time. The design has gone through changes. I am neither a designer, nor do I have any desire to be one. I just do what I personally like. I have created a hodgepodge of my ideas.
It is mostly about things I enjoy. A lot of the posts have to do with my fitness journey. There are also plenty of posts related to my personal thoughts and ideas about various things. There are no ads. Besides the web server logs, there is also no tracking of any kind. It is basically what the Small Web is.
The vault WOD was not one I wanted to do. I did it super early this morning in the garage before the sun even rose with no music.
I wanted to use the 40-pound dumbbells for a workout and hit it with intensity, so I found one that made sense to do so.
The two Firefly Petunia seedlings that came up seem to be growing nicely so far.
This morning I broke in my pizza bumper plates in a WOD with hang power snatches.
This winter the grass turned browner than I can remember in the past. We had the prolonged cold period with deep snow and ice on top of it for weeks.
I had been going lighter but faster on WODs for a while, but recently I have been going heavier. I continued that yesterday and today.
When the window is open at night, I always seem to sleep so much better.
Today was nice and warm. It was our first 80-degree day of 2026.
It was a nice day today. It felt great to relax on the patio and get some sunshine after two WODs in the garage.
A little over a week ago we planted some firefly petunia seeds. I got to see if they are viable. The first one is showing life this morning.
